Ardith Mae farm is not certified organic, but sustainable practices are followed, and the cheese facility
includes a conservation and recycling water system. The
goats have year-round access to a lightly wooded five-acre paddock, and during the growing season can graze
on the additional 30 acres. The goats do not receive any
unnecessary antibiotics, and are never given hormones.
