Mormor’s Hot Apple Cider
Serves 4
4 cups non-alcoholic apple cider
juice of
1⁄
2 lemon
1 tablespoon honey
1 apple, sliced
1 orange, sliced
2 cinnamon sticks
2 inches fresh ginger, peeled
and sliced
4 black pepper corns
1. Place all the ingredients in a large
saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Let the
cider simmer for 5 minutes, remove
from the heat.
