BLOODY MATHILDA My take on a Bloody Mary, only milder and more cocktail-like.
Makes 1 pitcher, serves 4
20 ounces freshly squeezed
tomato water. To achieve
this, place 8 large ripe
tomatoes in a bowl and
squeeze the juice out of
them. Sieve and discard
most of the skin and
seeds.
6 ounces vodka
6 ounces beef stock
4 ounces lemon juice
A few dashes Worcestershire
sauce
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 teaspoon Tabasco
Pour all the ingredients in a pitcher filled with
ice and stir well.
