WINTER WHITE CHEESE PLATE
Serves 10
Gather a collection of 4 to 5 different kinds
of cheeses in a variety of shapes and sizes
for your platter.
We stayed with white cheeses to keep
that cool winter feeling.
You can use a variety of different textures
and milks, and pair with assorted crackers.
You can also use the grilled bread left
over from the white bean dip.
Also, you can add some winter fruits like
pomegranates, figs and tangerines
for color and to fill in space.
