1/2 cup olive oil
Juice from 1 lemon
3 tablespoons capers
5 tablespoons grated
Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped thyme
Grated zest from 1 lemon
1 pound pasta, any kind
Salt, to taste
Mix together oil, lemon
juice, capers, Parmesan,
thyme and lemon zest in
a large bowl.
Cook pasta al dente in
salted water. Drain and
add to the bowl.
Toss well and serve.
