2 cups water
1/3 cup honey
4 tablespoons maple syrup
4 tablespoons sugar
4 blood oranges, skin cut off
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a
boil; add honey, maple syrup and sugar.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Let cool; add the blood oranges.
Soak oranges in the syrup at least 1 hour.
